Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Life Optimized Labs. This policy outlines how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

Life Optimized Labs currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days):
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days):
  • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days):

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we work to ship every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather events, carrier issues, high order volume around promotions, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will communicate proactively if your order is affected.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Life Optimized Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at [support@lifeoptimizedlabs.com] as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update the address if the order hasn't yet shipped, but once a package is in transit we cannot reroute it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors, building managers, or household members, and allow 48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered before arrival. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at [support@lifeoptimizedlabs.com] within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve the issue.

For damaged packages, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Packages refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less the original shipping cost and a restocking fee, once received and inspected at our warehouse.
